Our Review Methodology
At JamieReview, we try to make product reviews easier to understand and more useful for readers.
We research products using publicly available information and clearly separate manufacturer claims from information that can be independently checked.
How We Choose Products
We review products and digital guides that are relevant to our readers.
Many of the products we cover are sold through affiliate networks such as ClickBank, JVZoo, and WarriorPlus.
Our decision to review a product does not mean that we recommend it. Each product is assessed based on the information we can verify.
How We Research Each Product
When researching a product, we look at several areas:
- The manufacturer’s official product or sales page
- Ingredients and product information
- Pricing and available package options
- Refund and guarantee terms
- Publicly available customer feedback
- Claims made about the product
- Available research on individual ingredients
- Potential limitations or concerns that buyers should know about
Where appropriate, we check general research sources such as PubMed and NIH resources.
Manufacturer Claims vs. Independent Evidence
We try to separate four different types of information:
1. Manufacturer claims
What the company says about its product.
2. Ingredient research
What available research says about individual ingredients.
Research on an ingredient does not automatically prove that the finished product produces the same result.
3. Information we can verify
This may include pricing, ingredient lists, refund terms, product format, and other publicly available details.
4. Our assessment
Our overall assessment is based on the information above. It is not a medical diagnosis or a guarantee of results.
When we find that a claim appears stronger than the available evidence, we try to point that out clearly.
What We Do Not Do
We do not conduct our own clinical trials or laboratory testing of every product we review.
We do not describe a product as clinically proven unless there is specific and verifiable evidence supporting that statement for the finished product.
We do not guarantee health results.
Individual results can vary from person to person.
We also do not accept payment in exchange for a positive review.
Customer Reviews and Feedback
When we discuss customer feedback, we rely on publicly available information.
Customer experiences are individual experiences. They should not be treated as proof that every buyer will get the same result.
We also try to distinguish between verified product information and opinions or claims made by individual users.

JamieReview participates in affiliate programs, including programs operated through networks such as ClickBank, JVZoo, and WarriorPlus.

If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a health condition, or have questions about whether a supplement is appropriate for you, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before using it.
Limitations of Our Reviews
Online product research has limitations.
We generally rely on publicly available information rather than in-house laboratory testing or clinical trials.
Product formulas, prices, guarantees, and manufacturer claims can also change over time.
For that reason, readers should check the official product information before purchasing and consider our review as one source of information rather than the only basis for a decision.
Our Goal
Our goal is to make product research clearer and more honest.
We want readers to understand what a product claims to do, what information can be verified, what evidence is available, and what limitations should be considered before buying.
